Recently, a Japan fanclub of YunHo donated 10,000,000 Won to Haiti through a social welfare body in Korea. Following that, the fans later topped up the funding by another 5,000,000 Won also under YunHo’s name.

Donations from oversea fans does not only include Japan, there are also fans from China, Thailand and all over Asia, which were influenced by YunHo’s high popularity.

China fans normally would donate and aid the local students, who live in a bad environment and having difficulties seeking education, with studying material. This kind of similar charity work can also be found among fans in Thailand as well as Korean fans.

This year, on YunHo’s birthday, fans used different ways to give donations under his name to celebrate his birthday, so far the recorded amount is around 40,000,000 Won.

Jung YunHo had not only set a good example in constantly doing charity work, but had also guided and influenced his fans to follow him, to give concern and help to those that needed, which has created a fandom culture in a whole different way.

TVXQ's single was promoted in Korea and fans are abuzz with differing opinions on whether to "buy" or "don't buy".

The release of TVXQ's single in Korea, while they are on a hiatus due to the law suit with their management company, has aroused the interest of many.

On 28 January, Melon (one of Korea's largest music websites) put up information that TVXQ have released their 29th Japanese single "BREAK OUT!" on 27 January. The lyrics are all in Japanese, and Melon even used the Japanese version of their name - "Tohoshinki" - for the promotions. The distributor was also stated as AVEX, and not SM.

TVXQ, who have not been able to release Korean music in Korea since June last year due to the law suit, have continued to follow their Japanese schedules. This latest single also achieved the number one spot on Japan's Oricon Singles Daily chart, on 27 January itself, the day of its release, and received a lot of cheers.

There was a huge response towards the single as it was really rare to see all 5 members participating in an activity together. On the 28th, there were already 145 differing opinions on Melon's website.

A portion of the comments emphasized the "boycott movement" towards SM and urged others not to buy, while others expressed "Can't we just buy to show our support?" and "I don't care, I will still buy."

TVXQ's Japanese-made single will be officially released for sale in Korea on 10 February. Taking into consideration that it's all in Japanese, there are plans to add Korean translations in.

On the other hand, TVXQ members Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and Youngwoong Jaejoong are doing musicals and individual activities respectively. U-know Yunho and Choikang Changmin are also considering future work proposals or in the midst of filming.

I could have really nice memory at CreBeau Jeff…..

“when we went to Crebeau Jeff” there was a JJ fan from Japan,but they left as soon as we entered the shop. We stayed there for about an hour. When i was trying the tester, the phone of JJ’s sister rang. I didn’t really care about who she was talking with(I don’t understand Korea><) but when she hang up, my Cassiopeia friend that came with me told me that it was JJ. I was so suprise that i asked a staff that could talk Japanese if it was real and she told me “yes, and She said that He came yesterday at the shop to take with him the gift from the fans.” I was really really SUPRISE!!! and HAPPY!!! to be at the shop when JJ called. I was so lucky!! Don’t you think it’s something that won’t happen often? After that i took a photo with JJ’s sister. At the end, my Cassiopea friend took alot of photos of the shop, so i’ll send it to you. =DDD” Love S.Y.C :D

Chúng tôi đã ở đó trong 1 tiếng. tôi đã cố gắng thử khi điện thoại của chị JJ kêu lên. Tôi thực sự không quan tâm chị đang nói chuyện với ai (vì tôi không hiểu tiếng Hàn), nhưng khi chị ấy treo lên, 1 đứa bạn là Cass của tôi đã đến và nói với tôi rằng đó là JJ. Tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi tôi hỏi 1 staff có thể nói tiếng Nhật và cô ấy đã nói viớ tôi "Vâng, anh ấy đến cửa hàng vào ngày hôm qua và trên tay anh ấy là 1 số món quà của fans đã tặng anh." HERO Festival 2010
This time Hero Jaejoong’s dad, mom, and 4th sister attended. It was very interesting.

Jaejoong is scared of ants T_T
When the 4th sister went to Jaejoong’s house, he saw there were ants in the kitchen. So she told Jaejoong:
“Jaejoong, there are ants in the house. Go buy the spray to get rid of them.”
Jaejoong replies: “Those aren’t ants.” (= =) His sister shouts back “Are you an idiot? I told you go to by the spray!”
“Ah… What to do…… How can I go out…… to buy the spray……”
Jaejoong’s sister says: "Fine, forget it.” So his sister decides to kill the ants her self. Jaejoong, who stood on the side watching, says,
“Then I’ll find the ants, when I find them, you can kill them!” (- -) Just for finding ants, Jaejoong went to his room to get the magnify glass~~~
As eh was finding, he says to his sister, “Just find the ants, after capturing the ants, everything will be fine!”
In the end, his sister went to by the spray.
Jaejoong said jokingly, “Those ants that use to like me are leaving me now~~~”

When the host asked about Jaejoong’s recent moving (to a new apartment), his sister said at first (when he moved out)
he always lived his sisters, but he recently moved in with a friend. (That friend is probably Hyunjoong.)

As some of you might have heard starting Saturday, January 9th, there came about a strong rumour that JaeJoong was coming to Canada. At first it was only assumed Vancouver but for various reasons, it was then concluded he was arriving in Toronto within the next 24 hours. My friend and I dug deeper to find out he was arriving near 8 PM in the Lester B. Pearson airport in Toronto, and here is her fan account of the event. Although ultimately, he did not arrive by the time we had to leave, for anyone that is curious as to what went down, click 'read more' to find out ^^

Around 3:30 PM, Cherry Red a.k.a Sasha sent me an urgent text: IT'S RUMOURED THAT JAE JOONG IS COMING TO TORONTO!!!

hii guys ^^ im from sydney and i just came back from a whole day of junsu stalking !! =))
a group of us went to the shangri-la hotel at around 9:30 and waited for them - before we found out from korean fans who had checked in a room with them and sent them off at the airport - and then come back to the hotel to get their stuff that jaejoong and yoochun were gone T.T
BUt we waited and when it was almost 2pm the driver drove his van in front of the hotel - there were around 30 fans there and the hotel staff were really quite angry with us, they warned us beforehand and told us they would call the police. But fans were getting all ready for junsu's appearance when the van suddenly drove off - all the fans rushed towards the back entrance, and sure enough junsu was coming out !! He is SO good-looking in person - he has an aura that makes you just STOP in ur tracks. He had on alot of makeup because he was going to be taking photos and he was dressed all in white - he looked so angelic ^^
The manager and staff were very adamant about no photos being taken so it was hard to get a decent photo of video. But he got on the van and some fans caught a taxi to follow him
I just walked with my friends to the direction the van was headed and luckily enough it was a very very short trip and when we found the van again junsu hadnt come out yet - he was going to go climb the harbour bridge !! we were told to step away from the van and then he stepped out - a mum of a fan was also there and she was so lucky because the people didnt kick her out of the centre and the staff didnt block her either so she was able to nudge junsu and ask for an autograph which he gave ^^ he only gave one though and the staff were again very strict about the no photo rule. anyway we saw him climb up the steps in the centre and we called his name and he looked down at us and smiled and WAVEd =) he is such a sweetheart -and he just looked really happy =)
The fans then went underneath the harbour bridge and his cameramen and manager also came and were ready to stop us from taking videos/photos. WE saw him appear from an entrance under the harbour bridge but still a few metres above us - it was such an awesome experience seeing him make his way carefully across the bridge, and even though it was quite high up he still managed to give us a friendly laugh and wave ! =) he seemed to be really enjoying himself ^^
well thats all i saw, im just so excited that i got to see him, because it is such a rare opportunity for me - i just have to say that when you see a DBSK member, you can just know that they are incredibly incredibly special people.
there will be some fancams uploaded i think and a few photos too so i hope you guys look forward to it !
btw he seemed to be filming something - they were taking photos and videos of him up on the bridge.

Being busy is a good thing

I think that this week will be the busiest in January for me.

I have summarized all of your comments, and checked the contents.

It was hard work….the number of messages were far past my imagination….

I first thought that…
Since my blog is not so famous, not so many comments will come ~~ maybe around 100?

It seemed that it was an overly optimistic outlook.

But I thought that you wanted to convey many feelings.

I can understand Korean, but my English is limited, so I asked my friend who is living in Canada (working as a translator) to check the English messages.

After putting into order by WORD, there were nearly 500 pages of messages…

I thought that sending all the printed documents should be a burden to the person reading,
(and also, a burden for my purse, too….)
So I selected lovely messages for about 10 pages and printed it out to send by postal service. For the remaining, I will send by data files.
