Popular group Tohoshinki's new single became number one on the Oricon Singles chart, proving their unshakeable popularity. This is good news for the 5 members, which was preceded by darker topics.
Tohoshink's 29th single 『BREAK OUT！』 was released on 27 January, and sold 169,842 on the first day of sales, claiming the number one spot on the Oricon Chart with a huge gap between them and the 2nd place, L'Arc-en-Ciel's 『BLESS』 (33,051).
Before Tohoshinki's 『BREAK OUT！』 was released, it also achieved first place for the Oricon Chart survey that took place on 22 January, as the number one 「Most Aniticipated New Single」.
